What dental insurance do you accept?
We accept most major PPO plans — Delta Dental, Cigna, Aetna, MetLife, Guardian, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, and a bunch more. If you're not sure whether we take your plan, just give us a call and we'll look it up for you.
Do you accept HMO or Medi-Cal?
We're a PPO office, so we don't participate in HMO or Medi-Cal dental plans. But if that's your situation, don't write us off — we have self-pay rates and financing that make it work for a lot of patients. Give us a call and we'll talk through your options.
Do you offer payment plans?
We do. We work with CareCredit and Cherry for monthly payment plans — some with low interest, some with zero interest depending on the plan. Our insurance coordinator can walk you through it and help you apply. It's pretty straightforward.
How do I find out what my insurance covers?
You don't have to figure that out on your own. Our insurance coordinator will call your provider before you even come in, verify your benefits, and let you know what to expect. No guesswork, no surprises at checkout.
What if I don't have insurance?
Honestly, a lot of our patients don't have dental insurance. We offer fair self-pay rates and flexible financing so cost doesn't get in the way of taking care of your teeth. Just call us at (714) 374-8800 and we'll figure out something that works for you.
Can I use my FSA or HSA?
Absolutely. FSA and HSA accounts work here — that's money you've already set aside, so you might as well use it. It covers everything from routine cleanings to bigger stuff like implants and crowns.
Do you file insurance claims for me?
Yes — we handle all the paperwork. Our team files claims directly with your insurance company, follows up on everything, and keeps you in the loop. You shouldn't have to deal with insurance red tape on top of a dental visit.
